INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Recommended dosage
Mix 12g (approximately 1/3 of a serving) with 350ml of water and consume after one minute. Drink no more than once a day, before your workout. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. After mixing, some undissolved particles may be visible in the drink; this is a natural characteristic of the product.
